Refund Policy & Right of Withdrawal

1. Right of Withdrawal (Ångerrätt)

Under Swedish consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the contract being concluded, without giving any reason. This right applies to all subscription plans and services purchased through our platform.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods, or in the case of services, 14 days after the day of the conclusion of the contract.

2. Refund Processing

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

2.1 Refund Method

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

3. Service Usage During Withdrawal Period

During the withdrawal period, you may use our services as normal. However, please note that:

  • You will have full access to all features of your subscription plan
  • Any content you create or data you upload will remain accessible until the withdrawal is processed
  • We recommend backing up any important data before exercising your withdrawal right

4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Services that have been fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, where the performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed by us
  • Services where the price is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market which cannot be controlled by the trader and which may occur within the withdrawal period
  • Services for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you will lose your right of withdrawal

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • No further charges will be made to your account
  • You will continue to have access to all features until the end of your billing period
  • No refunds will be provided for partial months of service

6. Affiliate Commission Refunds

In the event that a customer who was referred by an affiliate receives a refund for their subscription, the corresponding affiliate commission may be reversed or adjusted. This includes:

  • Commission reversals for refunded subscriptions within the refund period
  • Adjustment of future commission payments to account for reversed commissions
  • Deduction of reversed commissions from future affiliate payouts
  • Notification to affiliates of any commission adjustments

Affiliates will be notified of any commission reversals or adjustments via email within 5 business days of the customer refund being processed.

7. Special Circumstances

We may consider refunds in special circumstances, such as:

  • Technical issues that prevent you from using our services for an extended period
  • Service outages that significantly impact your ability to use our platform
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Unauthorized charges to your account

8. Governing Law
