• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy

6. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. However, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your content to provide the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BrandSphere AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Affiliate Program

BrandSphere AI operates an affiliate program that allows approved partners to earn commissions by referring new users to our platform. By participating in our affiliate program:

• You must be approved as an affiliate before earning commissions
• Commissions are paid monthly through Stripe Connect
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding affiliate marketing
• You must disclose your affiliate relationship when promoting our services
• We reserve the right to modify commission rates and program terms
• Fraudulent or misleading affiliate activities will result in immediate termination
